Oh deer

There were lots of sights to see last weekend at the beach - beautiful ocean, full moon, a man running on the beach with headphones on and juggling clubs (dubbed "Eric's uncle), and lots of deer.  They seemed to have a run of the development we stayed at, and didn't seem fearful of humans.
This one sat under the tree in our neighbors yard for a few hours.

This was a mother and her two fawns in "our" backyard.  Both were nursing quite vigorously.  Chad's comment, "Looks like that hurts."

Checking out the baby deer

A different kind of animal
During my 20 minute walk around the neighborhood one evening, I ran into 8 different deer.  Pardon the fuzzy phone pictures.
Check out the deer leaping on the left

The deer on the left was diseased.  Be glad this is fuzzy, because it was a sad sight.

Not a complete post without a Brady picture!
